Betty Simon
This is Betty Simon. Her father’s name is Simon and her mother’s name is Esther (recently passed away). Betty has five brothers, Godson 34, James 30, Thaddeus 28, Jackson 22, and Michael 20 years old. She also has five sisters, Catherine 32, Rachel 26, Susan 24,and Gladness 18 years old.
Betty lives with her brothers, James and Michael, at about 2.5 Km from Rhotia Primary School. Her parents live in another district called Arumeru in the Arusha region. The family earns its incomes from a 2 hectares (about 5 acres) farm where they grow maize and beans. They sell part of the crops to earn money for other expenses such as school fees.
Betty likes Mathematic, English, Swahili, Social Studies, but she doesn’t like Science. She would like to be a teacher.
She likes participating in the computer training class because she wants to learn about other people and the many other things the Internet offers. Betty is interested in America and would like to know more about the country and its people.
Betty has started computer training in Project Rhotia’s computer Lab. Christina Brittany has chosen to be her Level One sponsor.
